Shipping

The normal delivery time is between 3-5 days. In case of delay, we will inform you accordingly. If we cannot rectify the error within a reasonable time, you have the right to cancel the purchase. Any delays from the transport company are beyond our control. If you want to cancel the order, you must always contact us and notify us of cancellation of the order before the order has been shipped. You as the customer are responsible for the freight costs if the product has left our storage or if it is unclaimed at the postal center. If the packages are unclaimed, we will charge the entire order value. This means that ordered item must be collected before it can be returned to us. You are responsible for the costs associated with the return.

 

We cooperate with DHL and Postnord. All packages sent will be delivered to the nearest postal agent. You will receive a notification when you can pick up your order. Packages over 400 SEK are shipped via DHL and packages under 400 SEK are shipped with Post Nord. Shipping cost within Sweden is free. If you want to return a product, you will be responsible for the return freight.

All prices are updated on a regular basis. Prices are quoted in Swedish kronor Ink. VAT.

We reserve the right to any price changes that may result in subsequent or incorrect information due to technical or human errors. Any price adjustments apply to the delivery date.

We at Albafides Care AB cooperate with several leading financial partners so that you can feel safe and comfortable. On our website you can choose several different ways to pay, including bankcards, swish, part payment or invoice. Part payment, card payment and invoice are handled via KLARNA.

Payment to our Bank giro or our Bank account:

The customer can choose to purchase their products and pay by making a payment to our bank giro or bank account. All customers who prefer this payment option are asked to enter their name, order number or personal identification number as a reference so that we can identify the sender. As soon as the money is available on our account, the products will be sent to the customer's desired address.

Swish

Pay your order directly through the Swish app on your phone. You must always contact us prior to payment if you choose this option.

To pay by Swish, follow these steps:

 

  1.      Open the Swish app
  2.      REGENS swish number is: 1236015358
  3.      Enter your order number in the message box.
  4.      When we get the payment, we will handle your order.

 

Withdrawal right

When you buy a product, you have withdrawal right for 14 days from the date you have received your order, according to www.konsumentverket.se. When returning the product, you are responsible for return freight. The product should always be returned in its in original package. Because of hygiene reasons the law of withdrawal (2005.59 § 11 section 5) does not include sealed goods such as skin care products and appliances that have been opened. If the product is damaged, we will deduct a reasonable amount.

Repayment is always made with the same payment method as the purchase. The entire amount will be refunded within 14 days after cancellation order is noticed, but never before the product has returned to us.

 

Exchange right
 

When replacing goods, the same terms apply as for the right of withdrawal.
When replacing the product where a new product is to be shipped, a fee of 70kr will be added. This fee is paid by invoice unless agreed otherwise.

Repayment in case of different prices will be made with the same payment method as the purchase. The difference when paid by the customer upon change will be trough invoice unless otherwise agreed.

 

Warranty

 

The right of reclaim is governed by the Consumer Purchase Act and entitles you as a customer to reclaim a product within a certain period of time. In addition to the right to reclaim, REGEN offers you a 1-2-year warranty on REGEN devices. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase. The warranty includes original errors or malfunctions that were present at the time of delivery. However, the warranty does NOT include wear and appearance changes from normal use. In addition, the warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from improper use, accidents or negligence. Disassembling the device is prohibited and will end your warranty as it will damage the product.

Approved complaint is replaced primarily by a new similar or equivalent product. Repayment for approved complaint will be made by the same method as when purchased. The sum is refunded within 14 days of agreement, but never before the product has returned to us. Return of goods and repayment are done without unnecessary delay. You are responsible for the product being sent safely.
